Pig Launcher!

Line pigging is a common occurrence in many manufacturing facilities where multiple products are supplied to the same pipelines. When a product is switched, the pipeline must be flushed of all previous product. To do this, a rubber or silicone ‘pig’ is inserted into the pipe to push all residual product from the pipe. As part of this particular supply chain training session, an interactive game was built to teach operators about the ‘do’s’ and ‘don’ts’ of proper pigging on pipelines.
